andongNHFruit2 Privacy Policy
Effective: 2026-10-18
DGY Creative Lab built the andongNHFruit2 app as a free app. This SERVICE is provided by DGY Creative Lab at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page explains the app’s collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information. Information collected is used to provide and improve the Service. Information is not used or shared except as described in this Privacy Policy. Terms used here have the same meanings as in the Terms and Conditions accessible at andongNHFruit2 unless otherwise defined.
1. Information Collection and Use
The app does not ask users to submit personal information through its own features. Information requested for those features is retained on your device and is not collected by me in any way. This statement describes the app’s own feature inputs and local storage; it does not mean that third-party services or SDKs cannot process information. Their processing is described separately below.
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. See the providers’ privacy policies:
2. Log Data
Whenever you use the Service, if an app error occurs I collect Log Data through third-party products from your phone. Log Data may include your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating-system version, app configuration at the time of use, the time and date of use, and other statistics. This general Log Data description does not mean that Firebase reports are automatically uploaded; the separate Firebase consent and sending conditions in section 4 apply to Firebase-enabled versions.
3. Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. Websites send them to a browser, where they are stored on the device’s internal memory. This Service does not use cookies explicitly. However, third-party code and libraries used by the app may use cookies to collect information and improve their services. You may accept or refuse these cookies and may be able to learn when a cookie is sent to your device. If you refuse them, some portions of the Service may not be available.
4. Optional Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics
This section applies only from the first Google Play version of package com.jun.andongNHFruit2 that includes the Firebase integration. Analytics and diagnostic sharing are separate choices, each off by default, and can be enabled or withdrawn in the app’s privacy settings. The app’s core features remain available when either choice is off. These settings are separate from the existing advertising settings.
Usage analytics
When Analytics is enabled, Google Analytics for Firebase may process app launches and sessions, app and device information, an app instance identifier, and a coarse region inferred from the IP address. App-defined events use fixed event names and categories. The app does not put free-text searches, detailed route, stop or item IDs, favorites, precise GPS location, URLs, names, email addresses, phone numbers or account IDs in Firebase event values. Firebase Advertising ID collection is disabled, and Firebase advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized advertising consent remain denied. This does not change what AdMob or other existing advertising services may process.
Error diagnostics
Firebase Crashlytics may process a crash stack trace, app state and version, operating-system and device information, an installation identifier, and related session diagnostics. An unsent crash report may be stored temporarily on the device even when diagnostic sharing is off. Automatic upload is disabled. The app requests upload only when diagnostics has been separately enabled and the saved prior consent and report state meet the sending conditions. If permitted prior consent cannot be verified for a report, the app does not request upload and asks the SDK to delete it. Enabling diagnostics does not immediately send every existing report.
Withdrawal, local storage and retention
After withdrawal, the app blocks requests for new app-defined Analytics events and asks Analytics to stop collection and deny consent. Turning diagnostics off closes the app’s future sharing conditions and requests deletion of unsent reports. The app cannot immediately cancel SDK processing or a network transfer already in progress, and it cannot confirm that deletion or transmission has completed. A transfer already requested may finish after withdrawal.
Choices and unsent reports may be stored on the device and read again at the next launch. Clearing app data or uninstalling can remove that device’s app storage, but does not guarantee deletion of information already sent to Google or cancellation of a transfer in progress. Google’s service policies and the actual service settings govern retention and deletion; this policy states no unverified retention period or completed-deletion guarantee. See the common Firebase addendum and Firebase privacy information for further details.
5. Service Providers
The developer may employ third-party companies and individuals for the following reasons:
- To facilitate the Service;
- To provide the Service on the developer’s behalf;
- To perform Service-related services; or
- To assist in analyzing how the Service is used.
These third parties may have access to Personal Information to perform tasks assigned on the developer’s behalf. They are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
6. Security
The developer values your trust in providing Personal Information and strives to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, however, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
7. Links to Other Sites
The Service may contain links to other sites. If you click a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. These external sites are not operated by the developer, so review their Privacy Policies. The developer has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party sites or services.
8. Children’s Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the developer discovers that a child under 13 has provided personally identifiable information, the developer immediately deletes it from its servers. If you are a parent or guardian and know that your child has provided personal information, contact the developer so the necessary action can be taken.
