Privacy Policy

Clear about what stays on your device.

Effective date: August 14, 2026. This policy explains the data handling of Menu Suggestion AI by DGY Creative Lab.

On-device data

Menu prompts, generated menu suggestions, preferences, Favorites, and recommendation history are processed or stored on the device. The developer does not receive them.

No account or advertising SDK

The current iOS app does not require an account and does not include a remote LLM, analytics SDK, or advertising SDK.

Location, weather, and maps

Optional location

The app may ask for when-in-use location permission at launch to personalize weather. Denying permission does not disable menu recommendation.

Weather request

When permission and a location are available, coordinates are used in a weather request. WeatherKit is tried first; Open-Meteo may be used only as a fallback. The app does not keep location history.

Nearby restaurants

Apple MapKit is used only after you choose Find nearby restaurants. It searches real places around a current location or an area you enter.

WeatherKit, Open-Meteo, and Apple Maps process requests under their own policies. This app does not send prompt text, Favorites, or recommendation history with those requests.

Your choices

  • Change location access at any time in iOS, iPadOS, or macOS settings.
  • Delete Favorites and recommendation history inside the app.
  • Do not grant location permission; core menu recommendation remains available.
  • Contact us with privacy questions or requests.

Support contact

For privacy questions, email carpediem.jun7@gmail.com.

If you send email, your email address and message are used only to respond to your request and keep the support record as needed.

Policy changes

We may update this policy when app behavior, service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated with a revised policy.
