Does the app need an account?

No. Menu suggestions, Favorites, and recommendation history are designed to work without signing in.

Why is weather unavailable?

Weather is optional. Location permission may be denied, WeatherKit may be unavailable, or the fallback request may fail. You can still receive a menu recommendation.

Why does the app ask for location at launch?

With permission, current location is used only to personalize weather for the first recommendation. The app can continue if you deny permission.

How do I find nearby restaurants?

First receive a menu suggestion, then choose Find nearby restaurants. Apple Maps searches for real places. You can open a result in Apple Maps or Google Maps. Map availability depends on network and local map coverage.

Why can model preparation take time?

The app prepares an on-device GGUF model. The first use can take longer than later recommendations, especially when the device is busy or under memory pressure.

How can I report an unsuitable menu?

Use More Filters to set exclusions first, then email the menu, your selected conditions, and the app version. Do not include sensitive health information.

Open source notices

The app uses llama.cpp (MIT License). The bundled Qwen GGUF model reports Apache-2.0 metadata; see the Apache License 2.0. Final in-app notices remain part of the release gate.
